Quotes, prices and timing
Site visits and quotes are free and with no obligation. A quote is not binding until both parties accept it in writing. Prices, materials and production times depend on each job and are stated only in the quote. Any municipal or building permits for signs and installations are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Suppliers and outsourced work
Eye One may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, entrust individual stages of production or the entire job to trusted external suppliers, workshops and installers: for example manufacturing, printing, cutting, painting, electrical work, transport and installation. The customer accepts this by requesting a quote or commissioning the job. Eye One remains the customer's sole point of contact, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Photos of our work
The photos published show work made by Eye One and are for illustration: colours, materials and appearance may vary depending on the location, light and screen. Some images may be retouched or placed in a setting to present the work better. Customers' trademarks and logos belong to their owners and are shown only as examples of our work.
Photos and material you send us
By sending photos, logos or other files through the site, WhatsApp or email, you declare that you have the right to do so and that using them to prepare the quote and carry out the job does not infringe third-party rights, such as trademarks, copyright or the image of recognisable people. You are responsible towards third parties and hold Eye One harmless from any claims. We use this material only for your request.
Ownership of content
Texts, photos, graphics and the logo on this site belong to Eye One srl or are used with permission. They may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without written permission.
External links and third-party services
The site contains links to and services of third parties, such as Google Maps, WhatsApp and social networks. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability or the way they process data: their own terms and policies apply.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Eye One is not liable for direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the site or from reliance on the information published, from interruptions, technical errors, viruses or unauthorised access not caused by its gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Rights that the law grants and that cannot be waived, in particular to consumers, remain unaffected.
Availability of the site
The site may be suspended or changed at any time, including for maintenance. Booking an appointment on the site does not guarantee it: we confirm it on WhatsApp or by phone.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These notes are governed by Italian law. For disputes with businesses and professionals, the Court of Teramo has exclusive jurisdiction. For consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile remains competent, as provided by law.
