Who processes your data

What data we collect

  • With the "Book an appointment" form: full name, phone, email, company name and VAT number if you provide them, the address of your premises, what you need, your notes, the photos you upload, the chosen day and time.
  • Your phone's location, only if you tap "Use my location" and allow it in the browser: we need it to plan the site visit.
  • When you message us on WhatsApp or call us: your number and what you write.
  • Technical browsing data needed for the site to work (for example the IP address, kept for security in the server logs).
  • Anonymous, aggregated visit statistics (pages viewed, approximate area, referring site), collected with Matomo on our own server, without cookies and with the IP address masked.

Why we use it

We use the data to answer your request, set the appointment, plan the site visit and prepare the quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of EU Regulation 2016/679). We use your phone's location only if you choose to share it. Technical data and anonymous statistics protect and improve the site: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).

Who we share it with

  • The website hosting provider, Aruba S.p.A., which stores the data on its servers.
  • Suppliers, workshops and installers to whom we entrust parts of the job, only for the data and photos needed to carry it out.
  • Google, if the appointment is added to our Google calendar.
  • WhatsApp (Meta), when we write to you to confirm the appointment.

Google and Meta may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the Regulation. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Requests sent from the site and their photos are deleted automatically after 24 months. If a business relationship starts, the data needed for invoices and contracts is kept for the periods required by Italian civil and tax law (usually 10 years). WhatsApp messages stay in the app until we delete them. You can ask us at any time to delete your data sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a readable format (Articles 15-22 of the Regulation). You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority: www.garanteprivacy.it.
